Easy on Net Fax to Email services are managed through a separate voice and fax portal. This guide explains how to sign in for the first time, set your password, and access the tools available for your fax service.
You will need the fax portal login name provided by Easy on Net. If you have not received your login name, contact support before trying to reset the password.
Your login name is usually formatted as:
extension@accountname
For example, a login name may look similar to 1000@examplecompany_12345. Use the exact login name supplied by Easy on Net, including the number, the @ symbol, and the account name after it.
This login name is not necessarily your regular email address.
On the login screen, choose the Forgot Password option. Enter the fax portal login name provided by Easy on Net.
The password reset email will be sent to the email address that was originally set up to receive your incoming faxes. Check that inbox for the reset message.
Open the password reset email and follow the link to create a password for the fax portal. Choose a secure password and keep it with your other account credentials.
If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not receive it, contact Easy on Net support and include your fax number or domain name.
Return to https://portal.voice-flow.ca and sign in using your fax portal login name and the password you created.
After signing in, you can access the controls available for your Fax to Email service.
The fax portal can also be used to send outgoing faxes. After signing in, look for the fax sending or compose option in the portal, enter the destination fax number, attach the document you want to send, and submit the fax.
Use PDF files whenever possible, and confirm that the destination fax number is correct before sending.
