The Transition Process:

  1. Informational Emails: Easy on Net will begin sending out informational emails to you during the 30 days prior to the transfer of your account from Rogers Business Hosting to Easy on Net. These emails will outline what you can expect in the first few months after the transition and any recommended or required action items.
  2. Day of Transition:
    • Support: Support is now reached at support@easyonnet.com and billing issues are handled through accounts@easyonnet.com.
    • Client Portal Access: You will receive access to your Easy on Net Client Portal account at https://portal.easyonnet.io/login.
    • Invoicing: Your invoices and entries on your credit card statements will come from Easy on Net.
    • Service Package Description: Your current bill rates will remain the same, but the description of your service package will change to align with standard Easy on Net packages.
  3. Post-Transition: Our migration team will work with you to update your name servers, move your services to our infrastructure, and where applicable, reduce your costs.
    • Note: No account is qualified for a discount until the billing cycle after their migration is completed.

Email services using a Shaw or Rogers branded domain (e.g., @shawcable.net, @shaw.ca, @rogershosting.com) will continue to be provided by Rogers Communications without interruption.

What are my email settings?

To ensure that your email services are set up securely and function properly, we recommend using the following SSL/TLS settings. These settings provide a secure connection for sending and receiving emails, protecting your communications from unauthorized access.

Secure SSL/TLS Email Settings (Recommended):

  1. Username:
    • Your full email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com)
  2. Password:
    • Use the password provided to you. Ensure it is kept secure and confidential.
  3. Incoming Mail Server:
    • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
    • IMAP Port: 993 (recommended for receiving emails; keeps your emails on the server, allowing access from multiple devices)
    • POP3 Port: 995 (use if you prefer downloading emails to one device; removes emails from the server after download)

How do I pay my bill?

At Easy on Net, we strive to make every part of your experience simple and convenient—just like our tagline, “We Make it Easy!” This includes making your payment process straightforward. Here are the various payment methods we accept:

    • You can set up automatic recurring payments through your Easy on Net Client Portal.

  • Interac Electronic Funds Transfer:

My website hosting was previously bundled with other Rogers services. What happens to that bundle?

While your other Rogers services remain with Rogers the bundled product has been retired and the website hosting transferred to Easy on Net. As of August 21st, 2024 the website hosting will be a billable service through Easy on Net, separate from any Rogers services.
