Some customer domains remain configured to use legacy DNS infrastructure originally provided under prior Rogers or Shaw hosting environments. As part of our ongoing platform modernization, these domains should be migrated to Easy on Net's DNS infrastructure.

Updating your domain’s nameservers ensures that your website and email services are fully managed within the Easy on Net hosting platform going forward.

• This guidance applies to domains still using legacy Rogers or Shaw DNS infrastructure.
• If you work with an IT Professional or Web Developer, we recommend forwarding this information to them.
• Please review the instructions below carefully before making changes.

Change Your Nameservers to Easy on Net

If your domain is currently configured to use any of the following nameserver systems, it is likely still using legacy DNS infrastructure:

• *.meganameservers.com
• *.shawcable.net
• *.shawhosting.ca
• *.datacentres.rogers.com

To complete the migration, please update your domain’s nameservers to the Easy on Net DNS servers listed below.

What You Need to Do

1. Log in to your domain registrar’s website.
   This is the company where your domain name is registered (for example: GoDaddy, Namecheap, Network Solutions, etc.).
2. Locate the Nameserver settings for your domain.
3. Update the nameservers to the following Easy on Net DNS servers:
   • ns1.eondns.com
   • ns2.eondns.com
   • ns3.eondns.com
